In these unprecedented times many of us have been challenged to engage in unfamiliar ways of carrying on our lives.
Face to face consultations were a traditional way to engage in therapy, however online sessions allow us to work together whilst meeting the requirements of social distancing and self-isolation.
I use Zoom, a video call system, similar to Skype or FaceTime.
The security and privacy offered by this system is much higher and meets the General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) and HIPPA requirements.

Details of how to join our online session will then be sent to you.
Please note bookings cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance.
If you prefer to use another platform, such as Facetime or Skype, and are happy with the security they offer, please email to book your session.
Before we begin you may wish to check your internet connection and equipment are working properly.
You may want to ensure you’re going to be alone and free from interruptions.
I also recommend making sure you're comfortably seated and have a few minutes before and after the session for reflection.
